Plot Summary
There is a lot more going on than sun, sand and sex in a stunning beach house in Malibu, CA. Dawn (Juliet Cariaga, Penthouse Pet of the Millennium), a sexy young woman, has been murdered. A month after her death Dawn's room is rented by Shannon (Renee Rea), a sexy stranger. Shannon starts to immerse herself in the lives of her roommates, the party girl Amber (Julie Cialini, Playmate of the year 1995), the shy photographer Brooke (Nikki Fairchild) and the young and naïve Chloe (Melissa Barmes).

As Shannon delves deeper into this world of endless parties and sexual debauchery, it becomes obvious to her this house is not what it seems.

The secret life of these sexy kittens is being watched. Unknown to Shannon, this exotic beach house is wired-up like some kind of reality show - and the uncensored lives of its inhabitants are being broadcast to an exclusive audience over the Internet. As their landlord plays god with their privacy, Shannon is pulled further into this seductive world of surf and sex. Will she uncover the identity of the killers before they make her their next victim?
